We may miss the beach, but we make do.

Utah Version of sailing boats.   Overturned step stools as boats and a fishing pole and butterfly net as masts. I was informed that the my little pony is captain hook.

Utah Fishing when it's cold out.

Had to include it because it was so cute.  She had just said, "Here fishy, Come to papa Elise!" Hilarious. She makes me laugh and laugh.

Utah sand castles with snow.

Shoveling pom poms instead of sand.  much cleaner.

Funny things Elise says part two

She has started looking for things with "tinculars" with both hands around her eyes.

She is very good with pronouns including calling my iPad, "yous you pad."

Bandaids are boo boo stickers.

She always asks us why we stopped in the car and we say it's not our turn. She then keeps saying "go green, my turn" over and over.

Elise says "dew icious" for delicious.

Elise says "baby" instead of maybe.

She's been begging to put her swim "soup" on all day.

She kept saying something that sounded like Worshershire sauce. Turns out it was somersault. Go figure.

She calls the crusts of bread "crumbs".

She calls her pinky finger her piggie finger.

Croutons are "cute-ons."

She says "I wuv you a miwion ziwion" and it's the cutest thing ever.

She needed to visit the drinking mountain at church today.

I asked her if her nose was still runny and she responded, " No mom, it got runned away."

I ask Elise every morning if she slept good and if she had good dreams. She responded with "I sure-tastic did mommy."
