Baby Modesty

This will make me sound like the biggest prude in the world but I worked in the social service field for too long to not worry about my child. So, not just from a moral churchy standpoint will I dress my child with tshirts and sleeves underneath spaghetti straps but I will for the same reason I will watch my children very closely in restaurant playgrounds and around older children who want to play alone.
Plus, I'll never have to go back on my word and try to explain why it used to be ok for her to wear spaghetti straps and now it isn't. It'll just be the way it is. Anyway this gorgeous dress is what brought that up. It was so cute on her the pictures just don't do it justice!

I agree. I think that it is annoying that most Easter dresses are sleeveless. I know I will be investing in some little blouses and sweaters for the dresses when we have a girl.

I totally agree and she is soo cute. I am a lil upset about this because my hubbys sisters wedding is this summer and she wants all the lil flower girls in sleeveless dresses. I asked this not be done but my mom in law seems not to care and says "its her wedding, only one day".... what would you do? JO is 6!

With us, it is not a factor in modesty, but temperature. We live in a Logan basement, she needs clothes not to get a cold.
